Keegan, Adonis Co.Elderflower, yoghurt, chillies, milk and water kefir. We ferment a lot of what comes through the kitchen, including the kefir we use in our own drinks.

For bigger occasions, we'll bring in trusted extra hands to help on the day, but we're always the ones leading it.
