What We Offer

Three ways to
gather well.

Private Dining

Small events, hosted in your own home

An unforgettable dining event in the comfort of your home, with every detail taken care of. From a woodfire barbecue to a refined multi-course degustation.

Each experience is thoughtfully designed and tailored entirely to you and your guests, drawing on the region's world-class produce.

Personal Chef & Concierge

Chef and concierge care, woven into daily life

A personal chef service of the highest standard, delivered seamlessly within your residence or holiday stay. Expect a well-stocked pantry of our own ferments and preserves, and whatever we've foraged that week worked into the menu.

Our personal chef and concierge service is designed to fit effortlessly into your stay. Considered menu design and provisioning, plus discreet, intuitive service throughout.

Bespoke Catering

Celebrations, catered with intimate care

From foraged menus on high country stations, some only reachable by helicopter, to a lakeside lunch cooked over an open fire, each experience is designed to be more than a meal. Something guests actually remember.

Milestones, weddings, and larger celebrations, catered with the same attention as a dinner for two.

How It Works

From enquiry to evening

A straightforward process, so the only thing you need to think about is who you're inviting.

01

Enquire

Share your occasion, guest count, and setting, and we'll get back to you to begin designing.

02

Design

We propose a menu and service plan shaped around your preferences, then refine it together until it's right.

03

Experience

Keegan and Eilish arrive, set the table, and take care of everything, so you can simply be a guest at your own gathering.

Frequently Asked

Good to know before you enquire

How far in advance should I book?

For private dining, 3–4 weeks is ideal. For personal chef placements and larger catering, 6–8 weeks allows time to design properly.

Do you cater to dietary requirements?

Always. Every menu is built around your guests, including allergies, preferences, and cultural considerations.

Where do you operate?

Primarily across Central Otago, with travel available by arrangement for the right occasion.

What does nose-to-tail mean for my menu?

It means we use as much of each animal as we reasonably can, not just the popular cuts. If that's not for you, just say so and we'll design around it.
